Join the Wildlife Preservation Society of Queensland (WPSQ) for this month’s meeting and talk titled ‘Active Conservation’.
Would you like to help Wildlife Queensland but are not sure how to go about it? What activities are available in Brisbane for you to be involved in? WPSQ’s Senior Projects Officer Karen Brock will tell how community-based conservation makes a difference, and talk about an example of the reversal of wildlife population contraction and habitat loss. Come along to learn all about projects run by Head Office and join us for a coffee and nibbles afterwards. Maybe you will find a platypus, glider or rehabilitation project you would like to contribute to.
Where: RGSQ rooms next door to the Fourex Brewery in Milton
When: Tuesday 25th June, 7:30pm
Meetings are held on the fourth Tuesday of each month. For more information on WPSQ please visit www.wildlife.org.au
