Speaker 1: Paul Dignam – Director, Gibsons Consulting – “Getting people outcomes – How to engage with your staff and why it is important”
Paul’s career includes senior management and marketing roles in with ACI Fiberglass, ARC, Pacific Dunlop and CenturyYuasa Batteries. In 2004, he joined one of Queensland’s most reputable and long standing consulting and marketing service firms, Gibsons, where he has applied his 30 years of industry experience to help small and medium businesses grow. Paul has had strong past involvement with the Australian Industry Group as a Queensland Councilor, Vice President and member of the National Executive. He has also been a Director of Playgroup Queensland and is a long serving Mentor / Convener for the Queensland Mentoring for Growth Program.
Speaker 2: Deidre Marczynski – Marketing Director, CEED Program QLD; Director, Start Innovation Centre – “CEED – Linking talented university students with industry projects”
Deidre draws on a solid background in sales, marketing, events management, recruitment and mentoring. The CEED Program QLD specializes in training and mentoring senior university students on company-based research, technology / product development and improvement projects.
